For Participants: All refund requests must be in writing through the contact form on this website and received asap prior to the start of the event. A cancellation fee for courses, “Opening to Grace” retreats and events is 10% of registration fees.
For Trainings/Courses: refund requests made 30 days or more prior to the start date of the course will be available, less the cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after that*.
For “Opening to Grace” Retreats and One Day Events: refund requests made (14 days) prior to the event will be available for 50% refund, less the cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after that*. *If, at the discretion of the Board of Trustees, an extraordinary circumstance occurs, the Board of Trustees may consider a waiver of the 10% cancellation fee, or partial refund, on a case-by-case basis. If an attendee feels she/he has experienced an extraordinary circumstance that prevented participation in an event that she/he registered, the registrant should email the President, Sue Silhan (susan.silhan@gestaltpastoralcare.org) with as much information as possible. The appeal will be brought up at the next available Trustee’s meeting for a discussion and a decision vote. The attendee will be notified of the outcome.
If a course/retreat/event is canceled by Gestalt Pastoral Care Associates prior to the start date, a full refund will be made to each registered attendee.
